Shipping and Return Policy

At Posh, all sales are final. In store and online. If there is any faulty on Posh Hair Company's end, we will happily accept your product(s) within 4 days of delivery. Please contact us by email to inform us on the reason of exchange and for exchange approval from Posh. If the item(s) receive exchange approval, a following email will be sent with directions for the exchange process. Posh Hair Company will only allow an exchange on items that are in the original state it was sent in without any signs of use on hair.

Shipping  

For shipping processing time we require 5 to 7 business days to fulfill orders. 2 to 3 days processing and 4-5 business days for shipping. Once the processing is completed, you will receive a notification via email on the current status of  your package. For expedited shipping options, please contact Posh at poshhaircomp@gmail.com

 

Conditions

Posh Hair Company will only allow an exchange on items that are in the original state it was sent in without any signs of use on the hair. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Orders can be canceled and or changed within 2 days from placing your order. Please email us to change or cancel orders before shipment.
